Introduction
At the present time our environment, especially the environment on towns, increasingly becoming contaminated by the products from combustion of the fossil fuels and products from industry, especially chemical production. Several chemical and biological procedures of materials of the biological origin are also releasing volatile compounds (SO2, amines, aldehydes, etc), which cause odour and in greater concentration effects health problems. In spaces where animals are breed and in places, where there is a bigger concentration of people, the environment is still more enriched by viruses, mites, bacteria, spores, from moulds and other bioorganic substances. What is LAPAREN?
The agent LAPAREN is an original Czech invention which refers to the utilization like a high effective air impurities absorber. The hitherto manners of odour liquidation are based on the spraying of various chemical substances into the air, many times with a zero, in always with short term effect. By spraying chemical substances into the air breathing can be affected and chemical substance can remain in the area. The nature of agent LAPAREN is the application of an organic sorbent, anchored to the porous inorganic carrier which has the ability to physically bind air impurities and odours of the chemical and also biological origin. The agent LAPAREN is a powder which can be coated in a thin layer for instance on a small plate and placed in a space which should be free from unpleasant odour.
The utilization of agent LAPAREN
The manner of absorbing air impurities by means of the agent LAPAREN is usable generally for air cleaning in all households, but especially in such households, where there are allergic people, smokers, and animals. The odour absorbing is important also for people who work in agriculture, animal production industry, animal laboratories, and in places where odours are caused by human or animal secretions, in hospitals and hygienic facilities etc. In households the agent LAPAREN can be used for odour elimination in the refrigerator, the elimination of chemical contamination coming from new furniture, carpets, plastic products etc. LAPAREN has proved itself by eliminating the odour of singed food and other odours, which are caused by the combustion of plastic materials.

The odour from the cigarettes
Due to the sorbent ability to combine itself to bind itself to the air impurities is sorbent able to absorb the odour of the cigarette smoke. These are the volatile substances which are created when tobacco is burning. This practice has shown that the agent activity lasts more than 3 months.

The content of one package (400 ml) is sufficient for the space cleaning of 100 cubic meters. The efficiency time is from 1 to 2 months and it depends on the degree of contamination.

The application
On a shallow tray in a layer of 1 or 2 cm (approx. 0.5 inch) high lay on approximately 200 ml of the LAPAREN agent in the manner that it would ensure air access to the absorber on the largest possible surface. After 14 days it is recommended to mix the powder by shaking it. In spite of the health harmless of LAPAREN it is appropriate to place the agent in a place without access of children and animals. At the application time of the absorber it is necessary to limit the penetration of the outside impurities into the apartment by ventilation and in the bedrooms to limit the ventilation temporarily at all.
The disposal
Laparen is quite unobjectionable for health and ecology and it can be liquidated with other household waste. The product is not flammable.
